Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is designed to get deep into the layers of muscle and provide relief by improving circulation, breaking down muscle scar tissue and encouraging the body to begin its natural healing process. Tension carried from an injury or from muscles that have tightened over time, can be relieved through a deep tissue massage.
